Hi guys welcome back to my blog, today's post is about a misconception popularly known as stereotyping, it could be stereotyping by race, tribe, religion etc. Now what's the meaning of the word?. 

A stereotype is a widely held, simplified, and essentialist belief about a specific group. Groups are often stereotyped on the basis of sex, gender identity, race and ethnicity, nationality, age, socioeconomic status, language, and so forth. Stereotypes are deeply embedded within social institutions and wider culture. with this medium, i will give you a few examples of what i have noticed within me during my time discussing and interacting with a lot of people.

 For example my country Nigeria, the majority of the time a certain set of people see us as the worst human beings on earth because we're been known as scammers, trouble makers. for the Italians and Europeans alike they're always seen as Racists, for the Americans they are seen as ignorant people and this has gone to the extent of making a phrase out of it, whenever someone makes a mistake on street quizzes or anything concerning school, popularly known as the catchphrase "I'm not an AMERICAN". for the Arabs, it's mainly done by seeing them as terrorists. there are other sets of examples but just think of the ones that i listed here. with all these things I don't believe that this word should even exist, for stereotyping people is bad and people should be taught about it, educated on these types of topics and let them know of the implications thereof. 

As for me, I will keep on passing my messages across, via my platform because I know that many people are ignorant of some of these issues, some even go ahead as passing it off as a joke but not knowing the amount of damage that is been melted down, I do believe in equality and that knowledge is the only and rightful way to solve resolutions because things like stereotyping do cause wars, conflicts, and even as far as bringing discriminations in schools and countries. so in all of these things said, be your neighbour's keeper and try your best to make a little change in the world no matter how small it is and as my mum usually says, " TINY DROPS OF WATER WILL ONE DAY MAKE AN OCEAN". that will be all for today and I will see you guys on my next blog.

Ciao ragazzo, bentornato sul mio blog, nel post di oggi si parla di malinteso popolarmente noto come stereotipi, potrebbe essere stereotipi di razza, tribù, religione e così via. ora qual è il significato della parola?.

Uno stereotipo è una convinzione diffusa, semplificata ed credenza essenzialista su un gruppo specifico. I gruppi sono spesso stereotipati sulla base di sesso, identità di genere, razza ed etnia, nazionalità, età, stato socioeconomico, lingua e così via. Gli stereotipi sono profondamente radicati nelle istituzioni sociali e nella cultura più ampia. con questo mezzo ti darò alcuni esempi di ciò che ho notato dentro di me durante il mio tempo discutendo e interagendo con molte persone.

 Ad esempio, il mio paese, la Nigeria, la maggior parte delle volte un certo gruppo di persone ci vede come i peggiori esseri umani sulla terra, perché siamo stati conosciuti come truffatori, piantagrane. per gli italiani e gli europei sono sempre visti come razzisti, per gli americani sono visti come persone ignoranti e questo è arrivato al punto di farne una frase, ogni volta che qualcuno sbaglia nei quiz di strada o in qualsiasi cosa riguardante la scuola , popolarmente noto come lo slogan "non sono americano". per gli arabi si fa principalmente vedendoli come terroristi. ci sono altre serie di esempi, ma pensa solo a questi che ho elencato qui. con tutte queste cose non credo che questa parola debba nemmeno esistere, per me stereotipare le persone è un male e le persone dovrebbero essere istruite a riguardo, istruirle su questo tipo di argomenti e far loro conoscere le implicazioni di ciò.

Quanto a me, continuerò a trasmettere i miei messaggi attraverso la mia piattaforma perché so che molte persone ignorano alcuni di questi problemi, alcuni addirittura lo fanno passare per uno scherzo ma non conoscono l'ammontare del danno che è stato inflitto in fondo, credo nell'uguaglianza e che la conoscenza sia l'unico e legittimo modo per risolvere le risoluzioni, perché cose come gli stereotipi causano guerre, conflitti e discriminazioni nelle scuole e nei paesi. quindi in tutte queste cose dette sii il custode del tuo vicino e prova il tuo migliore per fare un piccolo cambiamento nel mondo, non importa quanto piccolo sia e come dice mia madre di solito, "PICCOLE GOCCE D'ACQUA UN GIORNO FARANNO UN OCEANO". per oggi non sarà tutto e ci vediamo ragazzi sul mio prossimo blog.
